To enroll, participants simply go to the website that has been setup specifically for your company. The plan participant downloads the enrollment kit, then views the online multimedia presentation detailing how their retirement plan works, and then completes their enrollment forms.

After that, plan participants receive a welcome package from Schwab mailed to their home address. Participants can then log into their account online with just a few clicks where they can see all their information online, including every transaction that has happened in their account. They can also research on not only their mutual funds, but ETF's, stocks and other economic news, all of which can be found conveniently on the Schwab website.

Then, a paper monthly statement is mailed to the participant's home address. Or, the participant may elect to receive all correspondence via email.
